‘Fischer Price,’ Or Some Such Pun
We’ve noticed there’s been something on ol’ Bryan Fischer’s mind lately. That is, other than the fact that homosexuals are Nazis, and vice versa, and that liberals are Nazis, and so forth. No, it’s not that the exact same thing as Darwin’s Theory of Evolution preceded Darwin by 2500 years, and was rejected by all great minds including the Founding Fathers (who espoused Intelligent Design). Rather, it would seem by reading Fischer’s recent columns that criminals are being coddled by the judicial system.

So there you have it; due process interferes with the punishing of criminals. I wonder why ol’ Bryan has been fixating on that lately.
Uh-oh, what’s this in yesterday’s paper?
Swindell, Fischer ordered to pay city legal fees in Ten Commandments case
Idaho Press-Tribune StaffBOISE – City of Boise officials say two local activists have until July 15 to pay $10,131 in legal fees over a court case concerning the removal of the Ten Commandments Monument from Julia Davis Park in 2004.
In a letter sent to anti-abortion activists Brandi Swindell and Bryan Fischer, the City of Boise states it has put a lien on the property and assets of Swindell and Fischer.
Swindell and Fischer each received a certified letter from assistant city attorney Scott Muir on June 23 informing them that if they do not respond by July 15, the city will proceed to collect the amount plus interest and costs. Currently there is $563.74 accrued interest on the account.
“This is to inform you that we have filed the above referenced judgment with the Ada County Recorders Office which places an automatic lien against all real and personal property under your individual names. This judgment will remain on your credit record until the debt is paid in full,” the letter stated.
Swindell, co-founder of the Keep the Commandments Coalition and director of Generation Life, issued a media statement: “The recent actions by Mayor (Dave) Bieter and the Boise City Council to go after a former pastor and a single woman, who both run non-profit organizations, is deeply disturbing on many levels. Forcing peaceful citizens to pay legal fees, 4 1/2 years after the court case, is vindictive and clearly a tactic designed to punish citizens who freely embrace their constitutional right to engage in the political process.
Swindell and Fischer’s explanation is that, basically, up is sometimes down, cats may be dogs, by losing the Ten Commandments initiative they actually won it on points, by not asking for legal fees they shouldn’t have to pay any either, and by God in heaven, this malicious and disgraceful act is a desperate act of revenge from a desperate and malicious government disgracefully gone desperately mad (i.e. for revenge).
But then Fischer’s Renew America buddy Adam Graham, attempting a letter of support, spills the beans that Fischer knew about the judgment all along, but decided not to pay, hoping the city would forget about the whole thing.
While this sort of thing can easily spiral out of hand, fortunately all around, Idaho forbids the execution of the mentally incompetent.
Uh-oh, looks like we have dueling threads.
I think the righties are trying to milk the SCOTUS decision as a way to fire up the base for the November elections. They’ve got nothing else: the gay thing hasn’t really worked, immigration divides their party, McCain is a non-winner and the abortion thing is played out. A cry of “the courts! the courts!” and a rehash of all that “Justice Sunday” nonsense is the only thing they have left.
Has “anal Fischer” been done recently?
Uh-oh, looks like we have dueling threads.
Teh Duel
Seems somehow appropriate.
Bryan Fischer’s sure a bloodthirsty guy, isn’t he? Once again, pro-life only applies to the pre-born.

I agree. Get ready to hear about this ad nauseum.
Utah?
Only in the land of Moroni.
Sadly, No!
Ironically, for such a devoted, virginal christian that she would like to be portrayed, Brandi Swindell sports a tongue stud, and was ‘dating’ a rich rancher old enough to be her grandfather a few years back. Collective ‘eeeewwwwe’, anyone? Now, just what would a good girl be doing with a tongue stud? Did Jesus have his tongue pierced, too?
It’s nice to see that “just make shit up” will always be an integral trick in the conservative bag.
what
Nope.
Okay, so it’s okay to stone unruly children to death?
And the crowning turd in the pipe, directly from the Idaho Values Alliance itself, Defeating Darwin in Four Easy Steps. Defeating Defeating Darwin in Four Easy Steps in Four Easy Steps:
1. Evolution has nothing to do with the Big Bang or the creation of the universe.
2. The Earth is not a closed system, we have a great big source o’ external energy that you may have noticed rising in the east and setting in the west.
3. There are lots of transitional form fossils, most notably Archaeopteryx.
4. Gotta take a quote for this one:
Mutants are not monsters. There are lots of examples of beneficial mutations. White people are mutants. Here’s a list of beneficial human mutations observed in the scientific literature. Of course there are a lot of big words there, so it’s probably not suited for Mr. Fischer’s target audience.
tl;dr version: Bryan Fischer can go fuck himself.
Um, ‘Idaho’ it is. Good thing Massachusetts doesn’t execute the criminally absent-minded.
Only cause they’re too busy having Sharia Homosexual Gay Ant–American Marriages of Abortions, Gavin. Also, being hippie pussies with no morals, (except for the whole Sharia thing, which is usually pretty fast and loose, I hear) y’all wouldn’t punish the absent global-mind crime, anyways.
Okay, so it’s okay to stone unruly children to death?
That or feed them to bears.
Swindell and Fischer?
you couldn’t make this stuff up.

I want to first start off with saying I am NOT pro-pedophile or pro-sex offender but pro-Constitution. I am totally against any form of abuse to any animal or human being. Anybody who commits any crime should be punished. But, once that person has done the time they were convicted under, via contract, and is off parole and/or probation, they should be able to get on with their lives without all the rules and regulations. No other criminal has to live by such draconian laws, so why sex offenders? If we must do this for sex offenders, then I think, to be fair, all criminals must be under similar rules and regulations.
When an ex-offender is forced to move from his/her home, thus having to sell it, cannot find another home within the law due to the residency “buffer” zones, get fired from their jobs due to being on the registry, cannot find a new job due to being on the registry, their husband/wife lose their jobs due to a significant other being on the registry, their children lose their friends and are harassed and bullied in school due to a family member being on the registry, thus destroying the children’s lives, ex-offenders are forced into homelessness and to live under bridges, harassed by police, neighbors and probation/parole officers, have to wear “I’m a sex offender T-shirt” or have a neon green license plate on ALL their cars, have “sex offender” on their drivers license and forced to renew their licenses every year, forced from shelters during tornadoes or hurricanes, cannot give blood at some places due to being discriminated against for being on the sex offender registry, denied housing due to being on the registry, signs placed in their yards inviting harassment and ridicule from the neighbors, forced to move when the neighbors start picketing outside the ex-offenders home, the list is endless.
I THINK THIS IS CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT, BEYOND THE EXTREME!
This is all because taxpayer money was wasted when the city crushed Fischer’s first amendment rights by mounting a defense against Fischer’s pursuit of the God-given right to private property which means that public parks are a moral outrage and that’s why gays like them so much. Or something. Because shut up, that’s why. If the city had just given him everything he wanted in the first place it wouldn’t have cost anybody anything and then everybody would be happy donchaknow.
this malicious and disgraceful act is a desperate act of revenge from a desperate and malicious government disgracefully gone desperately mad (i.e. for revenge). FTW!
Almost makes me wanna put on a plaid skirt and do the L-O-S-E-R cheer.
A former pastor and a single woman?
It would be irresponsible not to speculate. But first we must stone the shameless hussy for speaking out in public.
On the other hand I refuse to speculate about Gay Ant-Americans. Even if you tell me that’s gay Americans who are fans of Adam Ant. The boy is waaaay past his Best By date.
The boy is waaaay past his Best By date.
I don’t know. I actually gained more respect for Adam Ant after that business with the smashed pub windows and the starter pistol.
Oh man, that’s a patented Pedo-Smile if ever I saw one … I find myself sincerely hoping it’s not too long before they repo his desktop PC – & that he knows not how to wipe its hard-drive before they do — you know when a dude that amazingly creepy is perpetually obsessed with child-lusting pedos, there pretty well just HAS to be some seriously pervy loli jpegs on that baby, for one-handed “research purposes” of course … after which his pending legal debt to the City will immediately fade into insignifigance. Ohhhh yeah.
Make it so.
Fischer can try raising the money via some footsie games in airport men’s rooms. his senator is a willing contributor
I don’t know what the law says in your state, but in mine, (as abhorrent as such an act is,) the mere touching of a young girl’s clitoris is deemed “rape of a child”.
I imagine this is so worded as to allow the courts to dish out the toughest sentence possible, and to provide all the “lesser” criminals in prisons fodder to justify (more) brutality upon one so accused, but when I hear the word “rape” I think of forcing ones penis into the unwilling orifice a a non-complying victim;
“Rape of a Child” is simply not that.
