Ah, if only we had a pepper bar!

We thought we were the only ones extremely disturbed by this (and that,) but luckily it’s not just us.

That was good old-fashioned nightmare fuel.

Can we feed those things to the Taco Bell dog?

Dude, Kittens at a Gay Bar ROCK!

How can you not love these commercials? Has there been a sillier, funnier, more surreally creative ad campaign…ever?

Huge props to Quiznos. I’d like to ask the S,N! management why they say they are disturbed, but link to an article generally pretty flattering towards the ads. Would S,N! give the ads an A or an F?

Oh yeah, and how is S,N! seeing these commercials if they live across the pond? I thought sattelite feeds contain no commercials?

Oh it’s surreal alright!

Would S,N! give the ads an A or an F?

A for making us laugh, but F for making us want to go to Quiznos.

Oh yeah, and how is S,N! seeing these commercials if they live across the pond?

Galahad: What are you doing in England?
French Guard: Mind your own business.

Spongmonkeys? WTF?!

The good folks at the Sadly, No! blog recently alerted me to a disturbing new threat to life on earth as we know it: We thought we were the only ones extremely disturbed by this (and that), but luckily it’s not just us.Living as I do, in a spider hole,…

F

Stupid and grotesque isn’t always funny.

I can appreciate the guerilla marketing, but why on earth would a company that sells food want to associate its brand with rats?

The ad said to me, “Quiznos: We Have Rats in Our Stores.”

A+. I laughed my ass off, so for me the association is Quiznos-pleasurable, funny experience.

Plus, I’ve never been in one, and a pepper bar sounds pretty good.

Spongemonkeys, you heathens!

Heh, yes, spongemonkeys yo’all. I work for an advertising tracking company, and I have to say, everyone in the office loves them. Ads are mundane 9 times out of 10.

I remember everything from that ad from the first viewing, and am intrigued by the pepper bar.

I’d go to Quiznos based soley on these ads, and I think it will draw a lot of new business for them. Personally I had no real inkling of what Quiznos was all about until presented in this manner.
